We don't have Prize Money but, will be felicitating with a token of appreciation, Trophies for Winners of 11 km across both Genders.

The Rules and Regulations for the IIT Bombay Monsoon Run are as below:

  • The last date of registering for IIT Bombay Monsoon Run is 24th August 2016 midnight. Onsite registrations available at IIT-Bombay, New Gymkhana Building on 26th & 27th of August from 10 am to 6pm.
  • Bibs will be distributed on the 26th & 27th August, 2016 between 10:00 am to 7:30 pm
  • Bib Collection Venue - Ground floor, new Gymkhana Building, IIT Bombay, Powai. Please provide the receipt mailed to you at the time of payment
  • Assembly Time - 11 Km – 6 am , 5 Km – 6:45 am
  • Run Start Time - 11 Km – 6:30 am , 5 Km – 7:15 am
  • There is No Parking Facility available at IIT Bombay for any kind of vehicle. Please use public transport to drop you off to Main Gate/ Gate No 2 IIT Bomaby, Powai
  • Its a 1.5 km (17 Min walk) from the Main gate to Start Point, so please allow time for this in your schedule to arrive at the Start Point
  • Though we have a provision to store bags on run day, it is advisable that you do not carry any baggage to avoid Security concern. IIT Bombay Monsoon Run cannot guarantee Safe Guarding your valuables.
  • Wearing a BIB is mandatory. You need to pick up the bib during the bib distribution time. The security will not allow you past the main gate to the Start Point without the BIB.
  • Please ensure an Emergency Mobile Contact No is written behind your BIB & also mention if you are allergic to any medicines.
  • A participant under 14, needs to be accompanied by an adult
  • Any requests for cancellation and thereby refund will not be entertained
  • Each participant will we rewarded with an e-Certificate and a Finishers Medal.

I/my ward declare, confirm and agree as follows:

  • The information given by me/my ward in this entry form is true.
  • I/my ward is/am solely responsible for the accuracy of this information.
  • Have fully understood the risk and responsibility of participating in the "IIT Bombay Monsoon Run" event and will be participating entirely at my/his/her risk and responsibility;
  • Understand the risk of participating on a course with vehicular traffic, even if the course may be regulated/policed;
  • Understand that I/my ward must be of, and must train to, an appropriate level of fitness to participate in such a physically demanding event and I/my ward have obtained a medical clearance from a registered medical practitioner, allowing me to participate in the event/s;
